Shared house pvt bath/bed/living rm

Description

A pretty great house with your private bedroom, bathroom and living room. There’s a tenant upstairs who’s an older gentleman he is very kind and respectful. He has a son, but they’re very quiet and keep to themselves. most of the time they’re not even there. There is a mostly finished basement with a bar and kegerators for responsible respectful use. There’s a pretty big backyard that’s fenced in and private. It’s a nice space for entertaining with room for a horseshoe pit or cornhole or whatever you’re into.It has a great deck for barbecues parking is not the best but if you work with the other tenant should be no issues especially if you work from home
