A bit about me: tidy, quiet, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Non-smoker, no pets. I work standard weekday hours and generally keep to myself during the week. I'm moving from Dublin and don't drive, so good bus links matter to me, though I'm also happy walking if the location is close enough to amenities and transport. Looking to move in from late September, ideally around the 21st to give myself a few days to settle before starting work. Open to a 12 month lease or shorter if that's what's available, happy to discuss. I can share references from my current landlord and employer, and I'm happy to do a video call or in-person viewing before anything is agreed.
