It will be available Sep 15th 2026 Partially furnished or not, your preference. The home is shared with one 27-year-old male professional. He is quiet, respectful and keeps a clean home. We are looking for a working professionals who are clean and tidy, and who do not use drugs or alcohol. Partially furnished with twin size bed setup with newer mattress. Rent is $750 per month. ( utilities will split by 3 person probably around $70/ month for each) Refundable security deposit = $750 Nonrefundable cleaning fee= $150. Background check =$40 Total move in is $1,690 The kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared and furnished. Laundry in house, driveway and street parking, no smoking in the house (outside is ok)
