Roommate wanted to share my currently occupied 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment at Vantage on Yale in South Tulsa, about 3 miles (roughly an 8-10 minute drive) from Oral Roberts University. I will continue living here; this is not a lease takeover. The bedroom remains mine. The available sleeping space is in the living/common area, so this is not a private bedroom. The bathroom, kitchen, and other common areas are shared. Your contribution would be $500 per month plus 50% of household utilities. I will cover the rest of the base rent and the current fixed property fees. The optional garage is not included. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, equipped kitchen, large windows, and spacious living area. Community amenities include two pools, fitness/yoga facilities, movie theater, clubhouse, outdoor lounge, parking, and a fenced pet park. No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the patio/balcony. Pets would require management approval, applicable fees, and mutual agreement. Move-in is conditional on Vantage on Yale approving you in writing and completing any required screening, authorized-occupant/co-resident paperwork, lease amendment, fees, deposit changes, and insurance requirements. No payment, keys, or move-in before written management approval.
