Single Veteran: 6 Months Upfront

Hello, My name is Ian and I am a single veteran. I'm 31 years old, and looking for a 6 month lease to be paid in full, upfront. I currently have a barber's license, but the intention behind my in full for 6 months up front is to look into attending a paramedic program. I will be able to use something called the GI bill in order to pay for my schooling and necessary room and board.
