Medium Room in Orlando/Winter Park

Looking to fill the second bedroom in my apartment. I live with my boyfriend and our cat, who are included at the end of the photos. Rent includes water, sewage, trash, and internet, while electric is separate and goes by month-to-month usage (typically never goes above a hundred per person). TV shown in pictures does not come with the room, it will be completely empty. Room can comfortably fit a double/queen bed and quite a bit of furniture. My boyfriend works 9-5, occasionally from home, while I work part time and am home most of the time but in my room. When we're both home, we typically just like to chill, and might invite you to join in our activities (game night, watching videos, etc.) if you're down for it. We only occasionally have people over, and will always notify you as far in advance as possible. Need someone by October 1st, latest October 15th. Only accepting females, but couples will be considered if we feel that we can get along with both parties, and the girl must reach out first. Guys will be allowed if fruity and we vibe.
