Roommate Wanted - Luxury Apartment

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate (guy or girl) to move into my 2 bed/2 bath apartment at The Rey in Downtown San Diego, ideally around October 20th. The apartment is on the 19th floor with great city views. 10, 11, or 12 month lease! You’d have the master bedroom with your own private bathroom. Rent would be $1,903/month + utilities, which typically come out to around $125–$160 per person/month including electricity, water/gas/trash, Wi-Fi, etc. There is A/C and in unit washer/dryer. You would also get a parking space in the parking garage included in that price. A little about me: I’m 22, originally from San Diego, and currently a second-year law student at USD. I also work part-time at a law firm in LA Jolla, so during the week I’m usually pretty busy with school/work. Outside of that, I’m pretty social, like going out with friends, going to the beach, watching movies/TV, and just hanging out at home. I’m looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and social/friendly. The Rey has a great location downtown and a ton of amenities, including a rooftop pool & lounge, gym, indoor lounges/co-working spaces, and great city views. The apartment itself is already furnished in the common areas, so you’d mainly just need to furnish your bedroom. Move-in: Around October 20
