Description

A beautiful room is available for rent in a quiet and safe community. The room includes a closet, ceiling fan, and will be furnished with a brand-new bed and TV prior to move-in. You are welcome to bring your own furniture and even paint the room a color of your choice. The bathroom will be shared with only one person. The neighborhood features great amenities, including a swimming pool, golf course, tennis courts, and scenic paths for bike riding. Household & House Rules: Environment: Friendly, quiet, and welcoming Dominican family home (a 22-year-old young professional living with her 60-year-old father and 55-year-old mother). We are bilingual in English and Spanish. My father is currently navigating cancer, so maintaining a peaceful, supportive, and low-stress atmosphere is very important to us. Substance Policy: Strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, alcohol-free, and 100% drug-free (no cannabis or illegal substances permitted on the property). Dietary Preferences: Pork-free and shellfish-free kitchen. Sabbath Hours: As Seventh-day Adventists, we observe our Sabbath from Friday evening through Saturday evening. We do our shopping and house cleaning before Friday evening, and use Saturday for church and family rest. Terms: Rent is negotiable (we are willing to lower the price slightly for the right candidate).
