Apartment is fully furnished other than your room and bathroom. You’ll have your own bathroom. Utilities are separate from rent cost. There currently is no WiFi, but this can be set up upon arrival and costs can be split. Must sign as new resident on the lease. We can do this together upon arrival. Must be ok with 1 cat. She is very friendly and loves to cuddle. She won’t be much of a bother otherwise. She has vaccines and is fixed. Open to other pets as long as you can cover your pet deposit and rent. Apartment includes In Unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, central air conditioning, and hot water. Apartment complex has pool, 24 hour gym, lots of parking, children’s parks, dog park, community room with computers and printers available and 24 hour security. Additional storage units available for $20 a month if additional space is needed. Kitchen appliances, cookware and dishware, can be used as well as cleaning supplies. Open to sharing groceries as well. Includes: extra drink fridge, Nespresso, Kitchenaid Mixer, Ninja Blender, Rice cooker, Immersion Blender, etc etc. Guests are allowed as long as I am informed. There are quiet hours for the complex after 10pm but I am ok with limited noise.
