(Dec 2026) I’m a naturally shy and private person, but I’m always kind, friendly, and easy to talk to! I’m open to getting to know my roommates over time, but I also respect and appreciate people who prefer to keep to themselves. I like a peaceful living environment where everyone can feel comfortable, have their own routines, and be considerate of each other. I’m looking for an unfurnished room, and a private bathroom is preferred. I don’t have any pets currently, but I’m open to having one in the future. Budget: $900/month maximum for rent + utilities combined. I’m open to places where utilities are separate, as long as the total monthly cost stays within my budget.
