Hello! My wife(42) & I(40) are looking for an honest, responsible, respectful, peaceful housemate. We have 7 months left on a 1 year lease. No short term tenancy. You MUST be able to go on lease w/the property company. This requires a background check, credit score, & record of employment. Your un-furnished room would be private with other areas of the house shared. Must have your own food/drinks, kitchen & cleaning supplies, plates, bowls, towels, soap, bathroom supplies, etc. House resources are not shared. Utilities including: gas(~$20), elec(~$70), water/sewer($65), garbage($15), and 2 Gig FIOS Wi-Fi($27), are all equally split between roommates. I would say ~$200/month, based upon current usage as shown, as your share. Which must be paid promptly. $500 non-refundable security deposit upon move-in. Rent can be pro-rated w/ lease approval. Non-private bathroom is shared with all housemates & guests. Bathroom & all bedroom doors closed at all times. Central gas heating, no house A/C avbl. Brand new fridge & dishwasher. Island bar double sink w/garbage disposal. No fats/oil/grease in the sink. Excellent microwave, washer, & dryer. NO kids in the house at all times, even as guests. We want a calm, quiet house to come home to and feel comfortable to live in as adults. No guests left alone in the house. No overnight guests without all housemates introduced. Guests are, by lease, limited to 14 days in a 1 year period or they must also go on lease with their own share of rent. No dogs. We have one in a kennel/cage inside/garaged and are not adding another. No exceptions on this. One well-behaved cat is okay in your room only. We have plenty and are not introducing any more cats to the main room. Pet rent is $50/month. General quiet hours: 9 PM and 7AM. Keep volumes respectable at all times. Driveway is shared. Can not block the sidewalk. Locked mailbox is checked daily. Storage in garage at request only with increased rent. Large backyard. Comfortable porch.
