Hi! I have a room that will be available starting any time in September. I will wait for the right fit, though. We keep things low-key and very clean at the house. I like to hike, eat healthy (mostly;), sometimes foster kittens, and stream funny shows/movies. The room easily fits a queen bed and small dresser. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 15m1n drive to La Jolla/UTC/downtown, and has all major appliances, including washer/dryer. Utilities split between us are gas, electricity, water, and internet. They may seem a little high, but they’ve gone up everywhere this last year, unfortunately. If interested, please message me with details about yourself, like work and hobbies.
