Located in a shared wing with access to a dedicated kitchen and bathroom. If you look at the front of the house and you see the 3 garage doors, your room is located across and above the middle garage door across from the middle gable. You can see it in the blueprint view. Also a 7’ long double door closet. Furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Private Entrance: Easy access without disturbing the main household. Lake Access: Enjoy the peaceful views and surroundings of the private lake. Rental Details: Rent: $900 (All utilities included). No extra monthly bills! Terms: 6-month minimum lease. First month’s rent and security deposit required. House Rules: To maintain a clean and peaceful atmosphere, we observe a shoes-off policy indoors. This is a drug-free, smoke-free, and pet-free home. We value a quiet environment, so small amount of friends outside for an occasional party overnight guests for longer than 2 nights, please.
