I’m very chill, easygoing, clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy traveling, working out, coffee, design, and exploring new places, but at home I really enjoy having a comfortable and peaceful space. Rent would be around $1,950/month, depending on the apartment we choose, plus approximately $100–$120/month in utilities.
