Need roommate for 2nd bedroom

This 2nd floor apartment is nestled in the heart of Federal Hill. Situated on a side street off of Atwells Ave, it is near plenty of great eats, a Walgreens, and is a quick walk from a Pricerite. It offers in unit laundry, mini splits in both bedrooms and living room, and has a dishwasher. Cats are allowed. Rent is $995/month not including utilities for a 1 year lease. I’m personally looking for a fellow young professional in their 20s who’s interested in being besties in addition to roommates. I’m a photo-based artist and framer working at a fine art printmaking company! I enjoy walking and making pictures in the small amount of free time that I have. I’m easy going and flexible as a roommate and try to keep a clean living space.
