Apartment near the UMN TC campus!

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease which is a 1 bathroom apartment at Cornerstone Estates. It is located right by the Saint Paul capital (2 miles away), and it is 10 minutes by the UMN Saint Paul campus. Utilities are included in the rent which is 865 per month, but you are responsible for the electricity bill. The lease would end on June 30, 2027. If you have any questions, please contact me!
