Hi there I’m a single mum (26) with 2 young children looking for a 2-3 bedroom in or around Caboolture qld 4510
I have 2 weeks rent up front and can secure a bond loan! I’m about to be approved for rental subsidy through government housing that will help pay upto 40% of my rent as well as I get to keep my full rent assistance payment fortunately with centerlink I’m a clean quiet kept person bills are always paid on time and my children attend daycare 5 days a week so the house will be super quiet most of the time!
