Renting month to month

Description

looking for a 1bed 1 bath around 700sqft or more. A place that is for two tenants and allows a small dog. I am a remote worker so cable is very important for me and my partner is a roofer. We are a quite and respectful tenants, our dog is well trained! Our budget is 1,500 hoping to include utilities.
