• Wifi: $10/month Room + House Features: • 8x10ft private bedroom (unfurnished)
• Shared bathroom with one other person
• 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in Redlands
• 2 car garage (monthly rotating schedule between the 3 of us) + front parking spaces
• Brand new in-unit washer and dryer

• Community pool access Location Features: • 4 min drive to University of Redlands
• 5-7 min drive to Downtown Redlands, Mountain Grove/Citrus Plaza
• Walking distance from a Mexican grocery store and Walgreens Other Details/Requirements: • Single occupancy and women only
• Clean and responsible
• Comfortable living with a cat. No additional dogs or cats please (small pets that can be kept within the room are okay)
