Furnished Private Bedroom with Private Bathroom – Available August 1 Welcome! I’m offering a fully furnished private bedroom with its own private bathroom in a clean, quiet, and well-maintained condo located in Margate, Florida. Rent: $1,300 per month

• Access to the clubhouse, heated pool, fitness center, and other community amenities
• Parking available after association approval I’m looking for one responsible, respectful, and clean individual who values a peaceful living environment. This is a shared home, so mutual respect and consideration are important. Smoking is permitted outside only and must comply with community rules. No smoking is allowed inside the condo. The community requires an association application and background check. The application fee is $100 (non-refundable), but if you’re approved and move in, that amount will be credited toward your first month’s rent. A security deposit and first month’s rent are required before move-in. I typically rent on a month-to-month basis, but I’m also open to discussing a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month lease with the right tenant. If you have a vehicle, once your application is approved by the association, you’ll be eligible to receive a community parking sticker.
