Short-Term Room Sublease Available (September – December 2026) 🏡✨ I’m subleasing my room for 3 months, from September through December 2026. This is a short-term sublease, but if you end up loving the apartment, there’s a possibility to take over the lease in your own name afterward and stay as long as you’d like. From my side, though, I’m only offering the initial 3-month sublease. The apartment is a 2-bedroom apartment, and you’ll only be sharing it with one other girl. The bathroom and all common areas are shared with just one person, making it a comfortable and quiet living arrangement. The room is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own furniture. The bathroom and common areas are fully furnished. Female applicants only. 📍 Location: North Long Island City, right by Astoria
