Move in August 1st (In/near ANCH.)

Hello! I’m looking for a room in or near (within 30 minutes) Anchorage. I will be starting work at the Air Force Base Commissary at the beginning of August. I will be move-in ready August 1st. I will be coming by myself with very little belongings and expect to stay for 4-6 months. I will have my own transportation and will be happy to help with household chores, pet care and yard work. usually reserved but my favorite things are the company of great people and floating around in a kayak.
