Hi! My name is Savanna, and I’m looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s room in a spacious 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in La Mesa, California, conveniently located near SDSU. My roommate is moving to Chicago mid August, so I’m hoping to find a female roommate in her mid-20s to early 30s to move in around this time. About the home: - Private bedroom with attached bathroom
- Rent: $1,700/month + utilities (typically around $50-100, water is $30 each every 3 months) - Attached 2 car garage (Fits 2 SUVs comfortably) - In-unit laundry (stacked washer and dryer) - Balcony - Tons of natural light in the bedrooms and living room - Dedicated alcove space in the bedroom that's perfect for a desk if you work from home

- I have furniture for the main spaces. (Shown in images, my current roommate has furniture in the bedroom that is available for purchase if wanted) A little about me: - I’m an interior designer and work in-office Monday–Friday, typically from 8/9 AM to 6:30 PM, and Fridays (9 AM–1 PM), so I’m not home much during the week. - I’d love a roommate who’s friendly and down to hang out who likes a nice clean space!
