Room for rent Lake Dallas

Me and my girlfriend 22 and 23 years old currently live in a 1754 sqft 3bed 2&half bathroom 2nd story garage and front parking. We do have a puppy who’s is 1 year old and super friendly. We had 2 other roommates who ended up moving out and now are seeking at least 2 people to fill those spots. We have two rooms one is furnished and if you’d like we’d be willing to help pay and repaint the furnished room to which ever desired color. There’s plenty of space or common ground to have over friends or host family events. Theres also a lake behind the house you would be able to access with a 5-10 minute walk. We have plenty of space if you needed to store anything you aren’t using. The previous owners left a lot of new appliances such as; new water heater, Samsung fridge and freezer, new gas stove, brand new dishwasher, microwave. We also have the basic appliances you could use in the kitchen. It comes with a washer and dryer as well. Utilities are included. More about us. We both work full time and are also in school. When are both gone a lot of the time, but when we are home our daily routine is pretty chill. We usually will come home do homework or housework then make dinner and watch tv in our room. Then play video games in our room or go for walks with the puppy or down to the lake, I like to fish and play with the puppy in the back yard. We are big on video games and also traditional board games, games, and party games. We plan to read more in the future also. We are both really chill, respectful, great listeners, good at communicating, and understanding. A couple times a month on our off days we may have friends over to hang out, and will have them respect common grounds and ensure that they won’t mess with your routine after we communicate with you that we will have them over. We have flags season passes so if y’all like rollercoasters we could always go together as well.
