You’ll be sharing the house with two men. However, the house stays relatively quiet throughout day & night; so, someone who appreciates silence would be a better fit. What’s Included in Rent: All utilities: water, garbage, sewer, electricity, and Wi-Fi | Reserved off-street parking in the main driveway spot | Access to additional storage space in garage | A view to South Mountain from your window Lease Terms: 6 or 9-month lease with the opportunity to renew at the same rate | $300 refundable security deposit | $70 nonrefundable fee for background check (done online) | Two forms of valid identification must be presented | Energy assessment (a behavioral/psychological test) is required as part of the application process (details provided upon inquiry) House Policies: No pets allowed | No overnight guests (visiting hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily) | LGBTQ+ friendly and open to all genders Location & Convenience: Only 4 miles from the airport | Close to grocery and retail stores | Laundromat less than a mile away (no washer/dryer in the house) Furnishing Option: The room can be provided furnished for an additional $75/month.
