Roommate wanted

Description

I am looking for a roommate to fill an available room in the house I am currently renting. I am a 25 year old PhD student at UA and am hoping to find another woman around my age to room with. The master bed with private bath is available in August! Here is a little about the place: -The lease starts in August and is for a year
-Rent is $725 + ~$150 for utilities (down payment is only $300!)
-Spacious 3br/2ba with a big backyard and lots of shed storage
-Location is Hedrick Acres about 2 miles from the UA Tucson campus
-Central AC and heat
-Covered parking with car port
-Washer and dryer in the backyard
-Pet friendly with no pet fees and a fenced backyard great for small dogs
-The common areas are furnished, the bedroom is unfurnished While the house has 3 bedrooms, I only plan to share the space with one other person. The spare bedroom can be used for storage or as private office/study space etc. I do have a small fish tank and some plants, but all well-behaved pets are welcome. I enjoy hiking, reading, baking, and playing video games. I am looking for a roommate that is respectful of common areas, open to clear communication, and is reasonably clean/quiet. Non-smokers preferred. DM with interest!
