The house is less than a mile away from West Chester University and one block away from Gay street. Perfect place for someone working in the borough. AVAILABLE Rent includes ALL household utilities including cable and internet are all included in your rent so 850.00 total. Must have first month, last month and security deposit prior to moving in date, have 3 references. 2550 total prior to move in date.
