Freshly painted and fully furnished with newer furniture, including a newer queen-size mattress and bed. There is also a TV in the room, so you are set from day one. The vibe:
This is a clean, respectful, low drama house. Not a ton of rules, just common sense and good energy. I live here, and there is currently one other roommate who is honestly an awesome guy and easy to get along with. A few things to know:
Full access to kitchen, living areas, and yard
Kids visiting on weekends is totally fine
Rent is $750 per month and includes all utilities and WiFi
One month security deposit required The only catch:
I have a 8-year-old collie named Ashe who thinks she runs the place 😄 She is very friendly with people but not great with other animals, so no additional pets.
