Looking for the right roomie

Hi, my name is Jacqueline. I am a 25-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Boise. Its about 12 min from the Village and 10 min from Downtown. The monthly rent is $800 and the room is available July 1st. I have three dogs so I would prefer not to have any other animals, I do live in a 3bd, 1bth, so we would have to share a bathroom but I would have my own vanity and sink separate. There is also no central AC so I would be willing to work with the person for the first month on rent so they could get a an AC unit for there room they aren't too horribly expensive especially from Costco. I am pretty quiet, like to listen to music and sometimes have people over but not very often, I am a clean person and if you have any questions feel free to ask.
