Hi! My name is Vadym. I’m looking for a room in Hoboken, Weehawken, Williamsburg, Long Island City, Greenpoint, or nearby areas. Preferably with a private bathroom, but I’m open to different options. I work full-time with a regular schedule, clean, respectful, quiet, non-smoker, and not a party person. Looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live. Budget around $1600.
