Rent is $1700! all utilities are included, aside from electricity and wifi (which are at a maximum $100 per person). There is in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, and option for getting a resident permit parking pass! (There are many parking spots in front of the building on the street for the parking pass) Your roommate would be a super sweet and respectful woman in her mid-20s, who works full time at MGH. *only security deposit of $1600 is due at move in, which is refundable when you move out!
