Looking for a roommate in Petaluma

I’m looking for one roommate to share a 1050sqft 2 bed/1 bath house in West Petaluma. It’s a 14-minute walk to downtown. There are two large parks nearby:) I’m Alexx (they/them). I’d love to have a little coffee chat (virtually or in-person) to figure out if we’d be able to live well together.
