Room in Greenwood

Hi, my name is Jamie. I am a 30-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Seattle. The monthly rent is $1375 (this is the split of the $2600 shared rent & $150 utilities) and the room is available the first week of July. Roommate would be getting the Master bedroom with an attached bathroom. Shared spaces for the most part are furnished, I work from home twice a week minimum & a gamer; my desk/computer is in the living-room because that was the best space for it. At this point in time, I'm working to do what I need to to keep the condo once the lease is up in July, but without my current roommate attached. I'll be needing to reapply long before then (verifying if I can apply alone or if a roommate situation needs to be figured out sooner.) to make sure I can keep the space I've curated over the last year.
