Unit includes wifi and private gated backyard area. Free parking and pets welcome (pet fee applicable). 4-1/2 miles from Texas Tech and free daily shuttle service to and from the University! Community amenities include outdoor pool with four private poolside cabanas, outdoor [REDACTED] sound system, outdoor lounge, picnic tables and ping-pong. There is a fenced pet park & indoor dog spa, EV charging stations, electronic apartment and room locks and controlled access to the community.
