Hi there! I am looking for a roommate for my new lease starting on July 1st! Rent would be $850 a month with utilities additionally. Unit is on a third floor walk up and is fully furnished other than the bedroom. You would be renting a bedroom and full bathroom. I do have a cat that you would have to be okay with.
