Roommate Needed

Hi, my name is Alana (F). I am a young professional. I work a 9-5 job. We have two other M roommates, each in their 30s. One works construction and is gone every other week, the other is an artist and bartender. He does his art in his room and works evenings. We have one large and lazy tabby cat. Parking available, hot tub and pool, in unit w/d. This room shares a bathroom with the construction roommate. Utilities are shared. $40 for internet. $50 - $100 for electric (a/c unit in the summer increases our electric bill, but we try not to use it). First month's rent due as security deposit.
