Modern apartment near Champ de Mars

Beautiful, bright, clean and modern apartment next to Champ de Mars in Paris. 10mins walk from the Eiffel Tower. 2mins to metro La Motte-Piquet Grenelle. Looking for a flatmate who is neat, clean, organised and a working professional. Must love cats! I am female, 33yo, work a 9-5 in fashion design, and have a 4yo cat who is super cute and cuddly. Would like to find someone to share our space with who we can chill with at the end of the day, occasionally hang out over drinks or dinner, and host friends from time to time, while respecting each others’ privacy, time, and living spaces. Pictures of the apartment are from when it was unfurnished before moving in. The apartment will be divided in two, with a sofa bed added in the living area which will be brand new, and a screen/divider between that area and the bed which I currently occupy, essentially creating 2 rooms/living spaces. I am flexible with the living/dining room area arrangement and open to suggestions, though my sleeping area is not negotiable. The bathroom and toilet are separate and to be shared in the apartment.
