There are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat in the area along with banks, Walgreens near by. There is plenty of street parking in front and just north of my building. It is only an 8 minute walk to the United Center. The cost is $1,400/month which includes utilities, internet and Fire Stick t. v. The pictures don't truly show how beautiful of a condo this really is. I am willing to do monthly or a 6 month lease. If longer than a month you will have to pay a room deposit totalling the first months rent. The bedroom will be available by 4/1/26. I am not for the fee to check my on here.
