Room for rent wanted

Description

Looking for a room to rent starting 4/1/26. The ideal room is a private one with a private bathroom or single share bathroom with all utilities included in the bill. I prefer to stay long term and a minimum of 3 months. A parking spot should be available for the room and amenities such as kitchen, fridge, oven, cooking, laundry and air conditioning should be available. My budget is between $850-$1000/per month.
