Artist, Musician Roommate

Looking to share a place with a like minded individual who is creative and also plays music. I Play guitar and piano and produce. I want to get into gigging in the area. I have a medium sized dog, ideally a small house with a fenced in backyard would be a great share. I can’t do downtown because I need parking for my truck. I’m pretty down to earth, easy going. I occasionally go out but mostly work and am home body if not working. I like to kyack, go to the beach whenever possible.
