Each room offers comfortable furnishings, smart monitors, Alexa-powered speakers, and keyless entry. Shared spaces include two living rooms with smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and pantry/fridge space for each guest.

I only rent out 3 rooms out of the 5. The upper floor two bedrooms share one bathroom and the basement floor room has it's own bathroom. I am occasionally on premise (i travel a lot for work and have another home in different state) in the basement floor and would share the basement bathroom.
