A nice+clean two bed+bath apt

Description

I’m moving within my current apartment complex into a two bedroom+bath apartment,
and looking for one roommate to split the place. Move-in target is by March th.
About me: work/gym/relax, clean and easy to get along with, and I like a calm home.
The place: layout, you’d have your own bedroom + bathroom. I’m posting photos from my current unit as an example (same complex) and can share updated pics/details as soon as the new unit is confirmed.
