One bedroom for rent

Description

Rent is $ per month with a 6-month lease term required. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is due at move-in. Utilities are included in the monthly rent.

No smoking is permitted inside the home. No parties or large gatherings this is a quiet, respectful household. Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing prior to move-in.

Driveway parking is provided for one vehicle. Street parking is limited and should be used only when necessary.

The roommate is responsible for keeping their bedroom and private bathroom clean and for cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces. The homeowner is responsible for major maintenance and repairs; the roommate must promptly report any maintenance issues or damage. Any damage caused by the roommate or their guests is the roommate's responsibility.
