Roommate Needed ASAP!

My roommate moved out and needs a subleaser.

Details:

The lease ends on June

Move-in: ASAP

COST:

Rent plus utilities, WiFi, etc. cost roughly $ per month (this would be your monthly cost plus or minus some based on the electric bill)

There is also a $ subleaser fee. We can work that out by splitting if need be.

PETS:

I have 2 friendly cats (which is the limit, no more can live here)

GENDER PREFERENCE

I am looking for a MALE roommate (I am engaged and do not want a female roommate).

AGE

I am and want someone in the s range preferably.
