Thank you for your interest in the room. The requirements are fairly flexible. We do require a local background check, which can be obtained through the Sheriff's Office for approximately $10. Rental Details:
$900 per month (single occupancy)
$500 non-refundable administrative fee
Fully furnished room
Shared bathroom Your own personal refrigerator
Common areas are cleaned twice per month. There are currently two male tenants living upstairs, and there are two rooms available. One room is slightly larger than the other.
