Private bedroom and full bath apt

Description

I live in The Hawthorne Apartments inside Mill Creek Town Center and I’m looking for someone to move in ASAP for $+split internet+power bill ($ total depending on usage). Fully refundable deposit of (half total rent of ) required.

You will have your own bedroom and your own private full bath, separated from mine, with the common area in-between for extra privacy. Fully furnished except your bedroom. If needed, I have an air mattress you can use temporarily, and I am glad to help you move your larger furniture.

Apartment amenities include access to gym, pool, hot tub, fireplace, grills, walking trails. It’s about a 4 min walk to LA Fitness, restaurants, bars and shops. 8 min walk to Town and Country grocery store. Blue/orange bus stop min walk, free street parking (there’s a lot), or $ish for reserved and $ish for covered parking. I can get exact pricing for you :)

The place will equally be yours, but I am hopeful that we can be mindful of each other, and our shared space. The apartment complex is a no-smoking community with quiet hours after . You will also need to pass a background check from the apartment to be added onto the lease.
