Queer and Covid conscious house

Looking for one tenant to rent two rooms an office/living room and one bedroom (both in basement). Available March


Utilities will be split between housemates.

The house is located in Arbor Lodge off of Greeley and a 3 min walk to the bus stop. 6 min drive to the University of Portland.

House details: the house is cozy with a huge garden and back deck. There is new plumbing and electrical, as well as, a new furnace and water heater. Kitchen, bathroom, and communal living room are located on the ground floor. Laundry is located in the basement and there is storage in the laundry room and various other spots. There is also an outdoor grill that is perfect for a backyard bbq.

The rooms for rent are not furnished but the communal areas are. The pictures are staged and do not reflect the current decor of the house.

Sorry but no additional dogs. Cats/ other animals can be discussed.

Other housemates: me (a queer woman + homeowner) and a sweet pup named Nova.


Ideal housemate would be a kind, respectful, and tidy person who is interested in a considerate co-living situation. A bonus is if you like boardgames and dogs.

I am covid conscious and ideally would be looking for a housemate who could commit to masking in crowded indoor public spaces, monitoring symptoms, and keeping up good communication. We can talk more about this in person/ via message :)
