Master Bedroom, Private Bathroom

Description

Looking for a roommate in a private condo, near USF. bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and screened in patio. You would get the Master Bedroom and your own Private Bathroom. There is currently some furniture being stored in the room as you can see in the pictures, but that would all be removed when you move in. It comes unfurnished. I do have one small dog, but I am not looking for any additional pets in the household. All utilities included: electric, Wi-Fi, water, pest control, laundry in unit, full kitchen with new appliances, and access to select streaming services that I pay for. Please note, I am not looking for someone to immediately move in, I want to get to know you first and make sure we’re gonna be a good fit. So please don’t message me in a rush! I’m open to any questions and can provide photos of the rest of the condo privately!
