Hi, I’m Amir a year old single gay guy, work full time, I’m away in my days off and travel often. When I’m home I enjoy relaxing, watching a movie and working on my projects on my laptop. The apartment has many rooms, 3 good size bedrooms/living room and two smaller rooms, dining room and office/storage. All rooms have windows are very sunny. Great for plant lovers! There is a kitchen, which currently also serves as a dining room. It’s a fun place because we can rearrange the rooms as needed. So if you have stuff or need space for office or studio, we can make it happen. The view is of a parc, a skate park and baseball court and other new features… The place is furnished, I can remove if you have your own, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I do not have a dish washer but I do have a large fridge. This is available for April 1st ! Come meet me and see the place !
