Room for Rent near Fresno State

Message to make an appoint to view the space. You will be sharing the condo with two guys. We are looking for a responsible roommate who is ready to move in as soon as possible.

The communal space on the ground floor includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer, half bath, and a patio out the back door. We also have a decent sized detached one car garage.

Parking can be negotiated once the lease is signed. There is a designated parking spot near the back entrance of the condo. There is the aforementioned garage, and there is a guest lot just across a green and shady common area in front of the condo. You will also have access to a communal pool, hot tub, tennis court, and community room.

Rent for this room is four hundred twenty
dollars (spelling it out as this app deletes numbers in descriptions for some reason). Rent covers water, trash and your room. There will be an additional cost for PG&E and Internet. That cost will be split between the three of us.

You will be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate (myself). It has a shower, but not a tub. It does have pretty great sized cabinet to store many different items.

There will be a credit check and that will be about a twenty dollar fee. Upon approval, that cost should be deducted from first month’s rent.

There are no pets allowed in the condo. I tried to put all details down but I’m sure there is something I may have missed. Feel free to ask whatever questions you have. Also, I tend to go to bed late, so I am comfortable with showing the space at late hours if there is a need for that. Thank you and I look forward to getting your message.
